If for any reason The Keepsake Chronicle™ isn’t the right fit, we accept returns within 6 months of delivery, provided the item is unused and unwritten in, and returned in its original condition.

 

Each Keepsake Chronicle™ is thoughtfully crafted and intended to become part of your family’s story. Because of its personal nature, items that have been written in cannot be returned.

We offer a 6-month return window so you can experience the book with confidence. If it’s not the right fit, you may return it for a refund.

What condition must returns be in?

To be eligible for return, items must be unused and unwritten, with all original components included (book, cards, envelopes, and packaging).

Pages should remain blank and unmarked.

Who covers return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
